WHAT IS CLASSIC MASSAGE

Classic massage is one of the oldest and most popular types of massage dating back to ancient times. It mainly focuses on physical body, i.e. muscles, joints, tendons and other tissues.

Classic massage is a method of treatment which uses various techniques, such as stroking, rubbing, kneading and vibration. Tissues are massaged delicately, moderately or intensively to improve blood circulation and lymph flow thus helping to restore the body after physical or mental strain and to strengthen the immune system.

HOW CLASSIC MASSAGE WORKS

Classic massage helps stabilise and improve muscle function and tone, strengthens the immune system, improves blood circulation and lymph flow and alleviates various types of pain. It also has a relaxing effect that significantly improves person’s general physical and mental state.

  • Relaxes muscles, restores muscle capacity, prevents their asymmetry, normalises tone, cures muscular atrophy

Lympho Drainage Price List

WHAT IS lYMPHo DRAINAGE

Lympho drainage is a mechanical massage technique using pressurised air gradually inflating air boots and hip belt.

HOW Lympho drainage WORKS

  • Boosts metabolism
  • Improves blood circulation and lymphatic drainage
  • Helps remove harmful metabolic products, i.e. toxins, from the body
  • Reduces fatigue, relaxes
  • Prevents excessive liquid accumulation
  • Reduces oedema
  • Alleviates pain
  • Reduces cellulite, improves skin elasticity
  • Reduces thigh, hip, buttock and abdominal circumference

WHEN IT IS RECOMMENDED

This treatment helps reduce cellulite and various oedemas and improve venous outflow. It is a very effective procedure for the ‘heavy’ and swollen leg problem. The treatment is effective for weak upper leg, hip, buttock and abdominal connective tissues. It is recommended after pregnancy and for people with sedentary lifestyle as a preventive measure.

HOW LYMPHO DRAINAGE IS DONE

With patient lying on the bed, boots made of special material are put on the patient’s legs and sometimes a belt made of the same material is placed on the hips. All parts are connected to a pneumatic compression pump which pressurises air, via special pressure tubes. Automatically pressure is evenly distributed inside the boots and the belt creating soft, rhythmical pressure waves. Within seconds, they move from toes or ankles up to thighs, buttocks, hips and abdomen. After that, the pressure over all body parts automatically drops and the next pressurisation phase begins. The pressure value and pressurisation rate are adjusted for each customer individually.

Treatment duration is 30-40 minutes.

Vacuum Massage Price List

WHAT IS VACUUM MASSAGE?

Vacuum massage is a physical medicine technique that uses negative pressure created by WEYERGANS vacuum massage device SPM DIGITAL.

HOW VACUUM MASSAGE WORKS

  • Skin therapy – stretch mark and scar treatment, thigh and buttocks sculpting
  • Abdomen and breast skin therapy
  • Circulation/regeneration – removal of fat deposits, improvement of cell metabolism, cell activation and skin strengthening
  • Boosting phagocytosis – activation phagocytes, i.e. cells responsible for destruction of fat deposits, foreign bodies and unnecessary tissues
  • Relaxation of neck, shoulder and back muscles

Vacuum massage improves the blood and lymph flow, ensures mechanical breakdown of fat cells, activates skin breathing, metabolism and excretion of the metabolic products or body. With the volume of fat cells decreasing, skin becomes smoother and firmer and its tone and elasticity improve.

The treatment is done in phases (lymph node activation, lymph drainage, activation and sculpting) taking 10-15 minutes each. The duration of each phase can be increased to focus on a specific problem. The treatment duration depends on the massage area but usually is 30-45 minutes.

Vacuum massage has contraindications so you should ask your doctor whether it is suitable for you.

WHEN IT IS RECOMMENDED

Vacuum massage is a well-known method of treatment and prophylaxis in case of, e.g., muscle tension caused by back pain or minor changes in leg veins causing oedemas or heavy legs syndrome, especially in the evenings.

It is recommended for patients with oedema, cellulite or excessive weight.

HOW vacuum MASSAGE IS DONE

During vacuum massage, skin pinching is prevented by using lotions. People may experience moderate pain or burning or heat sensation during the treatment. Massage using negative pressure stimulates and heats the skin, but sometimes may cause light bruising. However, this effect called petechiae is beneficial and even necessary. Is produces an ‘active centre’ syndrome. Blood vessels should be allowed to adapt to negative pressure gradually though training and strengthening.
